I first learned to edit video back in the days of linear editing: three VCRs and a funky keyboard with a shuttle wheel. This gave me a true appreciation for the flexibility and opportunities provided by non-linear editing.
While I’ve focused primarily on audio editing of late, I do appreciate the opportunity to flex my video-editing muscles from time to time. I recently edited some promotional videos for Uncanny Magazine.
Video Editing Tech
I currently use Sony Movie Studio Platinum 13 for video editing. It’s also my primary tool for audio editing, so it’s a one-stop shop in my editing workflow. I also have experience with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
